BudcoLink(TM) Puts Focus on Automotive Dealership Customers
Budco, a marketing services firm, on Feb. 26 launched BudcoLink(TM), an enhanced version of its customer relationship building solution to help automotive dealerships better understand their customers and their expectations.
BudcoLink involves contacting customers within 48 hours of a dealership sales or service experience. Through a series of questions, Budco obtains customer input that is then reported back to dealership personnel for concern resolution and process improvement. BudcoLink provides dealers with a turnkey process and an immediate, ongoing picture of their customer base, according to Tony Nader, director of product development at Budco.
"Dealers told us that they wanted a solution that would enable them to evaluate and understand their customers' satisfaction levels in an economical and efficient manner," Nader said. "Most importantly, they wanted the ability to customize their survey questions to reflect their dealership's personality and address specific areas of interest. The resulting factual data will enable staff to take action quickly to prevent future customer dissatisfaction.
"We listened and we have responded. We are confident that dealers will recognize the unique benefits and value BudcoLink offers in the marketplace."
"Budco currently assists dealers from virtually all major automotive manufacturers as well as corporate clients in the critical area of customer relationship management," said Wally Thursam, executive vice president of marketing. "BudcoLink is an important solution in this area of CRM, providing dealers with a foundation to understand the complex drivers of customer satisfaction and the information necessary to proactively manage relationships."
BudcoLink is designed to comply with manufacturer criteria for retail excellence. Information is available through Budco at 1-800-211-6330.
