BW Dealership Advisors Expands Capabilities to Address Digital Retailing Push
Automotive consulting firm BW Dealership Advisors announced the hiring of Nick Brunotte as senior operations consultant. He will lead the company's new digital capabilities and help the firm's dealer clients attract and engage car buyers online.
COLUMBUS, Ohio — BW Dealership Advisors, a retail automotive consulting firm dedicated to offering consulting, fraud mitigation, accounting and tax services, announced this week that it will be expanding its services to help automotive dealers attract and engage car buyers online.
The firm has hired Nick Brunotte as its senior operations consultant to lead the company’s new digital capabilities. With his help, the firm added, BW Dealership Advisors will help retail automotive clients with the online customer-engagement aspect of their business.
This will include help with managing their web presence, business development centers, customer relationship management software processes, website effectiveness and other digital efficiencies, according to the company.
"Dealerships are increasingly seeking ways to help them stand out from their competitors and build stronger relationships with customers," Brunotte said. "I look forward to putting my dealership operations expertise and digital experience to work for the retail automotive clients we serve at BW Dealership Advisors."
