DealerUps will integrate CallCommand’s onCommand suite of Web-based customer lifecycle management tools into its DeskLog CRM. The onCommand suite of communication solutions includes voice, text and e-mail components that allow dealers to communicate to customers via their preferred channel. It also includes custom campaign management tools and unique analytics that enable dealers to create promotions on the fly and more accurately measure the results.
