HOUSTON – CAR-Research XRM, a CRM solution provider, has partnered with the Joe Verde Group, providing dealers with a combination of CRM/marketing technology and sales and management training. The combined systems will be demonstrated at booth No. 4285N at the 2011 NADA Convention and Exhibition in San Francisco from February 5-7.

The combined systems will work as follows: Upon entering the showroom, the customer’s driver’s license is swiped, entered into the CAR-Research XRM system and a profile is created so the salesperson can start working the deal. If the customer leaves without purchasing a vehicle, CAR-Research XRM will contact the customer within hours and then generate a lead report with data explaining why the customer did not buy.

CAR Research XRM’s Unsold Research Call Center will call the customer and find out: the ad source that brought the customer into the dealership; why the customer did not buy (due to payment or price objection, trade value, was the sales person rude, etc.); if the correct ‘road to sale’ processes followed; and if there was a test drive and product presentation.

The dealer can take this customer data and access all of Joe Verde’s scripts, letters, and e-mail templates through the CAR-Research XRM software platform. These templates are specifically designed to help overcome customer’s objections and close the deal. They provide follow-up techniques developed from over 28 years of input from dealers and customers.

CAR-Research XRM also takes this customer data and creates in-depth reports, which can help the dealership further improve operations. Reports can be broken down by specific salesperson, manager, or team and provide a real snapshot of exactly what the salesperson did across hundreds of customers.

These reports can be used to pinpoint a salesperson’s weak areas, which can be improved by using the Joe Verde sales training techniques available through the CAR-Research XRM platform.

“I am extremely excited about this landmark alliance between CAR-Research XRM and Joe Verde. Combing the industry’s most successful automotive sales training program with the most cutting-edge CRM software and marketing tool is truly a groundbreaking event, and creates a powerful combination of technology, process and accountability,” said Patrick Kelly, senior vice president of CAR-Research.
