Chase Opens Custom Finance Sales Office in Portland

Chase Auto Finance has opened a Custom Finance Business Center in Portland to better meet the subprime financing needs of automotive dealers in Oregon.

Portland, Ore. — Chase Auto Finance has opened a Custom Finance Business Center in Portland to better meet the subprime financing needs of automotive dealers in Oregon.


Reed Toombs will manage the new One Lincoln Center office at 10300 SW Greenburg Rd. He and the office’s credit team have more than 90 years of combined experience in auto finance. Jeff Degarmo is the office’s dealer relationship manager.

“Our subprime programs provide the flexible financing options needed to fit individual needs," said Bill Jensen, Chase Custom Finance executive. "We’re excited to expand our presence into the Portland area and help dealers grow their customer base.”


Chase has relationships with more than 15,000 auto dealerships nationally and offers products for both dealers and their customers.


“When it comes to auto financing, you can count on Chase for quick decisions and personal attention from our highly dedicated, experienced sales team," said Joe Scimone, Chase’s national dealer relations executive.


Chase Auto Finance teams provide a full spectrum of services to dealerships in the West through its Prime Business Centers in San Diego and Seattle and its Custom Business Centers in California (five locations); Las Vegas; Spokane and Seattle, Wash.; and the new Portland office.


Chase Auto Finance purchases retail installment contracts and originates loans across the continental United States, Hawaii and Alaska. The Custom Finance division currently operates 36 business centers across the country.
