Classic Launches Production, Claims Tracking Platforms
Norman & Company has launched new website extensions designed to help agents and dealers track production and claims.
OLDSMAR, Fla. –– Norman & Company Inc. (Classic), a third-party administrator for its Signature GAP line and other F&I products, has released two new website extensions designed to ease production analysis and streamline the claims process for all stakeholders.
Agent Connect, an entirely new portal, allows Classic agents to track the business their dealers are placing with Classic. Upon logging in, agents have access to numerous graphs and tables displaying all contracts associated with their accounts. When they sign-up for Agent Connect, agents also have the option of requesting access to their monthly commission summaries through the site, executives said.
Agent Connect also features a claims section that allows agents to view individual paid claims and to sign-up dealers for claim alerts. In addition to Agent Connect, Classic also created a GAP Claims Tracker that is accessible through the Classic website. With only a few pieces of information from the contract, this portal allows agents, dealers, lenders, and consumers to search for specific Classic contracts. Consumers can use the system to open a new Classic GAP claim, upload claim documentation, sign up for claim notifications, and view the status of their claim, all according to the announcement.
