DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla. -- beSatisfied, a provider of customer satisfaction follow-up, owner loyalty and retention programs, now offers Teleconference Focus Groups. Through the focus group, dealers receive customer feedback on dealership finance, service and sales departments and more.
Focus groups consists of 10 to 12 prescreened customers that discuss their dealership experiences via teleconference. The session lasts about 1.5 hours. A professional moderator will facilitate the discussion and guide it through specific topics depending on the information the dealer wants to gather. The moderator also makes sure that all participants contribute to the discussion equitably.
The company then presents an executive summary and a CD or a wav file of the discussion.
The teleconference method provides for more candid responses. It also eliminates the typical costs of assembling a traditional focus group, such as travel expenses.
