PORTLAND, Ore. -- Compli, a compliance software company, and PreventionPoint LLC have agreed to jointly develop and market an expanded version of the Web-based Compli Director™ software platform.
Version 4.0 will include new functionality and content to manage pre-employment processes for automobile, truck and RV dealerships in the United States. It is slated for release later this year.
The pre-employment features will be added to Compli Director 3.0, which has been available to dealers since January. The product supports auto dealership compliance with regulations concerning F&I, consumer communication, sales management, desking and employment practices.
Compli Director also enables dealerships to manage compliance with Regulation M, Regulation Z, OFAC and the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, among others.
Dealerships that license Compli Director before Sept. 1 may qualify for Pilot Site status for the pre-employment functionality. E-mail pilot@compli.com for details.
