Portland, Ore. –– Compli and Art Niemann & Co. (ANCO) marked the formation of their business alliance by making ANCO’s Web-based AVA Behavioral Assessment System available to users of the Compli Dealership Compliance Management System (DCMS).

With the AVA and Compli DCMS combination, dealerships can dramatically improve the quality of new hires; reduce or eliminate the paperwork related to hiring, retaining, and separating from employees; and slash the costs of employee turnover, estimated to be an average of 52 percent industry-wide.

“Dealerships across the country rely on ANCO to help them improve the hiring process, hire the right people, and reduce turnover,” said Lon Leneve, president of Compli. “When Compli looked at ANCO’s product, we saw that it was ideal for our customers. It’s fully complementary to the Compli DCMS, and would definitely help dealerships reduce the exorbitant costs of hiring, retaining, and coaching employees.”

According to ANCO President, Art Niemann, “Our highly accurate AVA Behavioral Assessment System is used to evaluate job candidates’ work-related behavior styles, which will directly affect job performance. The AVA can immediately help dealerships improve their system of hiring, retention, and employee coaching. In addition, the AVA helps improve dealerships’ compliance programs and slash the costs of employee turnover.”
