Compli and New York State Automobile Dealers Association to Offer Compli's Dealership Liability Management System to NYSADA Members
Compli, which provides compliance and risk mitigation products to the nation's dealerships and the New York State Automobile Dealers Association (NYSADA), which represents nearly 1,200 franchised dealers of new cars and trucks in New York State, are collaborating to promote the Compli Dealership Compliance Management System (DCMS) to NYSADA members.
Portland, Ore.— The New York State Automobile Dealers Association (NYSADA) will begin promoting Compli’s Dealership Compliance Management System (DCMS) to the nearly 1,200 franchised car and truck dealers it represents in that state.
Noting that NYSADA regulatory compliance and risk mitigation are crucial to auto dealers, the association’s board of directors said it was sufficiently impressed by Compli’s product and that it unanimously agreed to actively promote its DCMS as a vital business tool for its members.
Steve Bryan, senior vice president of sales and marketing for Compli, noted that the company’s DCMS will be extremely valuable to NYSADA members who want to streamline their regulatory compliance and employment processes to manage their liabilities and avoid legal claims and fees.
“We look forward to bringing Compli’s products to many of the 1,200 members of NYSADA,” Compli executives said.
Compli has been an Associate Member of NYSADA for approximately two years, and began discussing a partnership with the association in May 2006. A vote to initiate the partnership was conducted by the NYSADA board of directors at their annual conference in Cancun, Mexico, on Nov. 15.
Currently servicing two dealer groups in New York State, Compli expects that number to increase significantly through its collaboration with the NYSADA. Compli executives also said the company has begun discussions with a number of other state dealer associations to put similar programs in place in the upcoming year.
