"The new amendments to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) represent a significant shift in interpretation while the FMLA revisions will require sweeping changes in policies, practices and procedures. Both should be considered major regulatory events and more emphasis will need to be placed on properly training supervisors and managers on how to interpret the rules," said Lon Leneve, president of Compli. "By providing well-rounded programs and best practice recommendations, developed and updated by our Subject Matter Expert partner Fisher & Phillips LLP, the necessary content will be delivered to help protect dealers from regulatory pitfalls while also giving them new tools and capabilities to help drive down their costs."
