PORTLAND, Ore. — On-demand dealership compliance software provider Compli will provide each of its 800 U.S. dealer clients with the company's turn-key Red Flags Program and Toolkit on the Compli Dealership Compliance Management System (DCMS) free of charge.

In addition, new clients who purchase Compli's DCMS before the Nov. 1 will also receive the complementary software.

Developed in consultation with Hudson Cook LLP, a provider of sales and F&I legal compliance services for the automotive industry, Compli's Red Flags Program and Toolkit was designed to provide online tools, legal content and training to automate logistics and reduce the costs associated with complying with the legally mandated requirements of the Red Flags Rules.

"We understand the time-critical nature of this regulation to our dealers and are pleased to provide our program and toolkit to Compli clients free of charge and well in advance of the Nov. 1 deadline," said Lon Leneve, president of Compli. "Red Flags is one of the broadest new regulations we've seen in some time but, in reality, it's just one more piece to the regulatory compliance puzzle that dealers must address."
