ComplyNet to Offer Red Flags Solution Via Finance Express DMS
Web-based financial services and technology provider Finance Express has announced that ComplyNet Corp. has entered an agreement to join the Finance Express online dealer management system.
RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, Calif. — Web-based financial services and technology provider Finance Express has announced that ComplyNet Corp. has entered an agreement to join the Finance Express online dealer management system.
"The way a dealer manages regulatory compliance can mean the difference between success and failure in today’s marketplace," said Dave Huber, president of Finance Express. “One of the reasons Finance Express has been so successful is that we have designed a system that can respond to new compliance issues. We understand dealers’ day-to-day problems and want to provide solutions that don’t require them to try to manage numerous software or web-based applications.”
ComplyNet offers online and on-site compliance and risk management tools to dealers throughout the country.
"The Finance Express platform is a perfect fit for our ongoing expansion," said Phil Troy, president of ComplyNet. "We are excited to bring our Red Flags solution to Finance Express subscribers. This kind of partnering saves dealers money and time."
"Our dealers are about to be confronted with a new regulatory challenge – the Red Flags Rule – and ComplyNet’s solution is seamlessly integrated into our application," Huber added. "Our dealers will save time and money with this application while enjoying the most robust compliance tools on the market today."
