Consumer Credit Compliance Introduces CARLAW Counselor(TM)

The Consumer Credit Compliance Company, LLC, publisher of CARLAW(R) since 1993, has introduced CARLAW Counselor(TM), an Internet-delivered legal compliance database of indirect motor vehicle finance law that covers all states and the District of Columbia.

The searchable database, maintained and updated by the law firm of Hudson Cook, LLP, answers 125 commonly asked questions about the laws in each state -- licensing, maximum finance charge rates, late charges, grace periods, prepayment fees, credit insurance, other permitted fees and charges, and much more, according to Thomas B. Hudson of Consumer Credit Compliance.

"CARLAW Counselor is an invaluable compliance tool for dealers and creditors," Hudson said. "CARLAW Counselor is an affordable compliance solution."

CARLAW Counselor is available for $495 per state per year, or a maximum of $14,995 per year for multi-state users.
