Cowboy Corp has announced the launch of the next evolution of its flagship software – Prospector v2.3. Billed by Cowboy Corp as one of the most complete CRM solutions in the industry, Prospector v2.3 now offers enhanced reporting capabilities, enhanced calendar features, added BDC user ability, new desk log, and an improved task management and notification center.

These upgrades are the result of Cowboy Corp’s close partnerships with its clients, understanding their business and continuously offering innovative solutions to help dealers maintain and build strong relationships with their customers, according to Kevin C. Chiappone, system administrator for Luby Chevrolet, Lakewood, Colo.

“Cowboy Corp has earned my business by offering me something that I didn't think existed anymore – customer care," Chiappone said. "Cowboy is not a faceless company that vanishes when the check clears. They have consistently provided real world solutions in a timely fashion. There are no products that Cowboy could offer that I would hesitate to implement into the dealership. If other solution providers that I work with exerted half as much effort as Cowboy does to actually provide solutions, I would have never had to look for or have found Cowboy. When Cowboy states that something will happen, it does. Imagine that! The competition could learn a thing or two from Cowboy. I was questioning the validity of the references I was given; no one had a negative thing to say. After working closely with Cowboy, I understand why.”
