Credit Acceptance Names Auction of the Year Winner
Vehicle Remarketing Services Inc., a subsidiary of Credit Acceptance Corporation, has named Adesa Little Rock its 2007 Auction of the Year for the fourth straight year.
Southfield, Mich Vehicle Remarketing Services Inc. (VRS), a subsidiary of Credit Acceptance Corporation, has named Adesa Little Rock (Ark.) its 2007 Auction of the Year. This is the fourth consecutive year that Adesa Little Rock has earned this honor.
VRS evaluates and scores each auction on an ongoing basis using several criteria, including monthly sales results, service level performance, reconditioning quality and repair management. The winner was announced during the Conference of Automotive Remarketing by Don Roccia, who recently transitioned into the role of National Remarketing Manager.
“Winning this award for multiple years is truly difficult," Roccia said, "and the commitment of the management and staff at Adesa Little Rock is exemplary. Not only do they provide our best sales results, they also give us exceptional customer service in all aspects, day-in and day-out.”
