Southfield, Mich. — On February 28, Credit Acceptance Corporation held the grand opening of its new University training facility in Henderson, Nev. The grand opening celebration included a ribbon cutting ceremony and special luncheon for the 14 dealer-partners attending the inaugural training course.

“The opening of this facility reflects our commitment to support Credit Acceptance dealers and the growing business we have in the west. In addition, the Henderson facility is conveniently located, which makes it easy to get to for the majority of our dealers in that region,” said Mark Fragola, manager of dealer-partner training.

Credit Acceptance University will initially hold three classes per month in Henderson — two, two-day Management Experience courses and one, one-day Owner/General Manager Experience course. The two-day course provides an in-depth, activity-based approach to the Guaranteed Credit Approval Program from managing risk to maximizing funding. The one-day course provides an overview of the program with more in-depth training regarding the financial and management aspects of the program including increasing cash flow and optimizing inventory.
