Credit Online, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Credit Management Solutions, Inc. (CMSI), has announced that Autofusion Corporation will become an authorized reseller of Credit Online's technology, including its CreditConnection(R) dealership tools and WebFinance module for Internet financing capability.

CreditConnection allows dealers to access the CreditOnline(TM) Network, which connects them to credit bureaus and multiple funding sources throughout the U.S. and Canada via the Internet. The WebFinance module allows a dealership to enable Internet shoppers to apply for financing without leaving the dealer's Web site. Whether a customer approaches the dealership from the Internet or from within the store itself, the dealer can access the credit bureau, submit the application, receive the decision, and monitor the financing process from start to finish.

Available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, CreditConnection delivers real-time connectivity designed to shorten the credit decision process from days to minutes. In addition, CreditConnection provides analysis and management tools designed to streamline work in the dealership F&I office and increase productivity in this important profit center.

Autofusion Corporation is a provider of products and services for automotive e-commerce. The company's offerings are designed to facilitate sales efficiencies for auto retailers and other auto-related companies. Among its suite of products are Select-A-Car(TM), a configuration tool that allows consumers to match their individual needs and preferences with specific car makes, models, and options, and configure up to four autos for side-by-side comparison, as well as several other dealer products ranging from Web site design to lead management systems.

Select-A-Car also allows Autofusion to sell configured leads to dealers at wholesale prices. Through Autofusion's Multi-Price(TM) comparison shopping system, consumers receive this pricing and other information from several Autofusion retail partners.

"We're very pleased that Autofusion has chosen to add CreditConnection to the Autofusion suite of products and services they offer to dealerships," said Howard L. Tischler, president and CEO of Credit Online, Inc. "Working with leading suppliers like Autofusion is part of our plan to provide dealers with the broadest possible access to our innovative dealership solutions."

"Offering the CreditConnection F&I management tools and WebFinance module is the newest step in our strategy to provide dealers with the latest and most efficient tools possible to help them take control of the entire F&I process," said Louis P. Urbano, CEO of Autofusion. "This alliance represents a significant step for Autofusion and solidifies our position as leaders in developing the dealer-centric Internet model where consumers build vehicles and apply for credit online and where Autofusion brings buyers and dealers together for the vehicle purchase and the vehicle financing."
