CU Direct will also offer instructional sessions, including credit score and risk management workshops and its presentation, "Dealer 101."

"We have created an educational forum for credit union staff and management to learn more about the priorities of the auto industry," said Jerry Neemann, senior vice president and chief operating officer. "By bringing that expertise and straightforward dialogue into our program, we help build and disseminate a knowledge base that enhances credit unions' ability to build effective relationships with the dealers in their communities, ultimately increasing their indirect lending success."
