DAC Announces Management Team Appointments
COLUMBUS, Ohio – Dealers Assurance Co. (DAC) has appointed Kirk A. Borchardt as CEO and Mohammad H. Mithani as vice president.
COLUMBUS, Ohio – Dealers Assurance Co. (DAC) has appointed Kirk A. Borchardt as CEO and Mohammad H. Mithani as vice president.
Borchardt, formerly a partner in the Chicago law firm of Lord, Bissell & Brook, h as served the insurance industry for more than 25 years. In addition to his new role as CEO, he will also be a member of the board of directors.
Mithani, previously chief financial officer for SouthwestRe Inc., has over 25 years of experience in statuatory insurance accounting, reinsurance accounting, policy organization and system development for established and start-up organizations.
In his new capacity as vice president of DAC, Mithani will be responsible for the review of all insurance programs offered by DAC and administered by its third-party administrators. He will also continue in his role of executive vice president of SouthwestRe and continue serving on the SouthwestRe Underwriting Committee.
