FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. -- DaimlerChrysler Services announced today several key executive appointments, effective August 1, in its North American operations.
Mark Manzo is appointed president and managing director of DaimlerChrysler Services Mexico, reporting to Juergen Walker, president and CEO of DaimlerChrysler Services North America. Manzo will be responsible for all passenger car and commercial vehicle financial services activities in Mexico. Manzo replaces Gerhard Gross, who steps into his new position as managing director of DaimlerChrysler Services Spain.
Dietmar Exler (current vice president, Chrysler Brands Marketing) will replace Manzo as vice president, Customer Service and Collections, reporting to Walker. Exler will be responsible for organizational strategy development and operations for collections, customer service, vehicle remarketing and credit card services.
Kelly Mankin, currently chief operating officer for RouteOne LLC, will replace Exler as vice president, Chrysler Brands Marketing, reporting to Klaus Entenmann, vice president of Chrysler Financial. Mankin will be responsible for the U.S. marketing activities of Chrysler Financial. Mankin will continue to play an active role in launching and implementing the RouteOne credit aggregation system for all Chrysler Group dealers.
