NEW YORK — BNF Automotive Group announced this week that it has signed a 25-year lease for 265,000 square feet of space in the heart of New York City's Auto Row to build state-of-the-art showrooms and service facilities for Jaguar Land Rover Manhattan and new flagship showrooms and service facilities for Infiniti of Manhattan and Nissan of Manhattan.

The space, owned by real estate developer The Georgetown Company, occupies the first five floors of the building located at 787 Eleventh Avenue in New York City. According to the company, the new facility will include the largest capacity service center for Jaguar Land Rover in the nation.

“We are using the 265,000 square feet of space to build the ultimate global flagship dealerships located right in the heart of New York City’s Auto Row,” said Gary B. Flom, president and CEO of BNF Automotive Group. “Our vision is to transform the current idea of a typical Manhattan dealership into one that can deliver superior experience which will exceed expectations for our loyal and future clientele and which will be clearly recognized as added value when purchasing, leasing or servicing your automobile.”

Renovations will commence in early 2016. Officials said Jaguar Land Rover Manhattan dealership will remain at its location during the remodel. Sales for both the new Infiniti of Manhattan and Nissan of Manhattan will begin at an interim showroom located at 748 Eleventh Avenue, while the interim service drop-off point will be located at 625 W 55th Street in New York.
