Dealer Pleads Guilty to Not Reporting Taxes
A Virginia independent dealer is facing three years in prison after being found guilty of not reporting income between 2007 and 2010. Sentencing takes place in September.
HARRISONBURG, Va. —The owner of Boris Auto Sales, Boris Caballero, pleaded guilty to not reporting his income from 2007 to 2010. The dealer owes $560,648 in taxes, WHSV.com reports.
Caballero faces three years in prison. He will be sentenced in September.
