Online automotive retail solutions provider Dealer Synergy will host its next Internet Sales 20 Group and Internet Director Immersion Program in Philadelphia Aug. 11–15.
PHILADELPHIA — Online automotive retail solutions provider Dealer Synergy will host its next Internet Sales 20 Group and Internet Director Immersion Program in Philadelphia Aug. 11–15. The program was designed to offer a "deep dive" into all the critical areas of the dealership which affect the growth, development and marketing of Internet and business development center (BDC) departments. The five-day program is an intensive workshop which includes field trips to successful dealerships and ends with testing and certification by Dealer Synergy.
The company recently was awarded the 2008 Platinum Dealers' Choice Award for Best Automotive Internet Sales Training Company by Auto Dealer Monthly Magazine.
Ed Riley, the General Sales Manager at Willis Honda in Burlington, N.J., attended the initial Internet Director Immersion Program. "I've been in the industry for 25 years and have never seen anything like this," Riley said. "It was incredible." After attending the class and additional training from Dealer Synergy, Riley's Internet sales grew from 60 units in 30 days to 118, and 131 units after 60 days.
"Our Internet Director Immersion Program is an intense course packed with five full days of activities including actual work at computer lab stations to audit conversations with real dealer prospects," said Dealer Synergy Vice President Karen Uriarte. "Graduates of the class leave better-prepared to handle the challenges of building sales in an online world."
The course also includes training materials, sample email templates, phone scripts, voice mail scripts, and scripts that teach how to handle and overcome objections from prospects. Dealers can call 888.379.6374 for registration information.
