Next Generation Dealer Services, a dealership training firm specializing in social media, will host a series of free Webinars starting Friday, May 14, at 12 p.m. EST.
David Johnson, social media strategist for NGDS and author of PersuasiveConcepts.com, will lead the Webinar series. His first workshop is titled, “Creating Customers who Create Customers – The Real Power behind Social Media.” Attendees will learn specific tips and techniques that influence both loyalty and referrals.
Future Webinars will tackle subjects such as “Defining a Social Media Strategy and Social Media, the New Top of Mind.”
“Social media is becoming more and more relevant, it's here to stay,” Johnson says. “For instance, of all the vehicle manufacturers, Ford has really embraced social media and was just voted No. 1 social media brand for May 2010. The Ford Fiesta project has been a huge success for them.”
