CLEARWATER, Fla. -- United Development Systems has been named the Diamond Award Winner — #1 F&I Training Provider as awarded by Auto Dealer Monthly, in the 2005 Dealers’ Choice Awards.
"We have worked long and hard to create an effective training regimen for franchised dealers and it is terrific being recognized for our efforts," said Randy Crisorio, UDS president and CEO.
The survey, conducted by Auto Dealer Monthly magazine and AutoDealerDaily.com gave dealers and their employees the opportunity to rate the industry’s top providers in 19 distinct categories.
UDS earned top honors in the F&I Training category with a score of 119, which was 14 rating points above the group average. The score reflects dealers’ and their employees’ attitudes towards the service itself, as well as the support associated with that service and the overall value gained from the service.
UDS has emphasized the need for a consistent training plan since its formation more than 20 years ago. "We have always believed training to be a vital component in the development of staff, and we look forward to continuing our commitment to quality F&I training programs to meet dealers’ needs and improve the financial performance of their business offices," Crisorio said.
The F&I training programs available from UDS include: F&I Ethics and Compliance, Advanced Menu Selling and four staff certification programs.
