DealerSocket CRM Adds Manufacturer Incentives Integration

DealerSocket has integrated manufacturer incentive information into its CRM solution. The new connection alerts users of new incentives through icons.

SAN CLEMENTE, Calif. — DealerSocket CRM now offers manufacturer incentives integration at no additional cost.

"The manufacturer incentive alerts provide users with additional ammo to contact prospects about vehicles in which they have expressed interest. Alerts are also useful for walk-ins and Internet leads," said Matt Redden, DealerSocket executive vice president.

Incentive icons appear in the CRM coinciding with the vehicle stock number. The user can then click on the highlighted link to display details about the manufacturer incentive on that vehicle.

Incentive alerts are visible in several DealerSocket CRM pages, including Employee DashBoard, Desk Log and the Sales Event, according to the company.
