MARION, Ill. -- DealerWare LLC announced that it is expanding its product suite to meet the demands of OFAC compliance. Customers can check the official list directly from the OFAC Web site at www.ofacnow.com.
The company’s Web-based screening software archives a PDF document with previous searches clearly identified, making compliance easy to check and report. Checking the official list directly from OFAC is required by federal law.
“This product became necessary as a result of customers needing to be OFAC compliant,” said Mike Absher, DealerWare owner. “Originally we offered this as an additional feature to our menu-selling software. We now provide OFAC compliance for a variety of businesses. We retool all the time; it’s our way of doing business and staying ahead of the curve.”
