Denver Dealer Being Investigated for Withholding Titles, FOX31 Denver reports
Auto dealer Koroush Ghasemi of ABC Auto Sales in Denver is under investigation after more than 40 former clients claimed the dealer never sent them titles for their new vehicles.
DENVER — ABC Auto Sales Owner Koroush Ghasemi is under investigation by the Colorado Department of Revenue Division of Motor Vehicle Fraud. According to FOX31 Denver, the dealer did not send titles to more than 40 former clients.
The Better Business Bureau (BBB) also received more than a dozen customer complaints about ABC Auto Sales, according to the news outlet.
“The company didn’t respond to any of the complaints it received in 2013,” Denver BBB spokesperson Megan Herrera told FOX31 Denver. “If you don’t have a title, you’re not technically the owner of the vehicle, even if you’ve paid for it.”
