HAMMOND, La. — Dixie RV Superstore was selected to be the exclusive RV Warranty Forever dealer in the Northwestern Florida and Southern Louisiana markets. Dixie RV will now be able to offer a lifetime warranty on every new and eligible pre-owned unit it sells for as long as the purchaser owns the unit.

The RV Warranty Forever program is provided to the customer by Dixie RV at no additional cost. The RV Warranty Forever Program provides basic coverage for the following component groups:

  • Brakes

  • Water System

  • Heating & Air Conditioning

  • Kitchen Center

  • LP Gas System

  • Manual Leveling Jacks

In the event of a breakdown on a covered component, the repairs will be completed at no charge to the customer.

“As the president of Dixie RV, we are constantly looking for new ways to bring value to our customers while, at the same time, improving the customer experience. RV Warranty Forever adds value and peace of mind that you simply cannot put a price on,” said Stephen Guidry, president of Dixie RV. “The best part about RV Warranty Forever is that there is no catch” Guidry added. “All the customer needs to do is maintain their RV based on the intervals outlined in the agreement and follow the recordkeeping requirements.”

The program provides day-one coverage to customers, meaning the day they take ownership is the day their coverage begins. The customer can receive a copy of the warranty from the dealership prior to purchasing the unit.

“Dixie RV prides itself on offering our customers the best purchasing experience in the industry,” said Greg Lala, CEO of Dixie RV. “We believe that the RV Warranty Forever program will provide our customers with an above and beyond ownership experience.”

The RV Warranty Forever Program is marketed by National Automotive Experts (NAE), which is located in Strongsville, Ohio, and is backed by an “A”-rated insurance carrier.

“We are pleased to now be able to offer a lifetime warranty program to the RV industry like we have for years in the automotive industry,” said Kelly Price, president of NAE. “Most importantly, we are excited to have one of the best dealer groups in the country on the program. Dixie RV will set the standard for many years to come.”
