NORFOLK, Va. — Dominion Dealer Solutions announced that its award-winning equity mining solution, DealActivator, has been redesigned to provide dealership users with personalized experiences based on their roles.
Sales users are now supplied with daily equity workflow for optimizing sales. Similarly, BDC users are provided an advanced experience to generate customer traffic. An exclusive reporting dashboard is also at the forefront for the dealership manager, all according to the provider.
DealActivator’s modern dashboard experience was designed to allow users to execute and accomplish their daily equity plans from a single screen, featuring a new customer details page coupled with DealActivator’s “revolutionary” Priority Page, which was designed to serve up the best equity matches in order of purchase readiness.
“Our team has utilized dealer feedback and developed the logic to identify where the equity software users spend most of their time and present them with daily tasks based on real customer needs,” said Alan Andreu, founder of DealActivator and vice president of product for Dominion Dealer Solutions.
