e4Auto Offers F&I 'Lite' Management Solution
For budget conscious clients that have a single user and retain the information in-house, e4Auto Solutions has unveiled e4 F&I "Lite".
"This is a manual entry system with which a single user can track and enter the deal information, replacing the pencil and paper habits that are time consuming and inefficient," said Larry Drefke, CEO of e4Auto Solutions. "Once the deal information is entered once, all the reports are generated automatically."
With e4 F&I "Lite," legible reports are printable locally or can be saved and emailed, according to Drefke.
Reports generated automatically include:
+ Finance Log: all standard items in a spreadsheet view
+ Heat Sheet: tracks deals in progress and manage funding approvals
+ Production Analysis: compares new, used, and lease to totals. Unit totals, averages, total income with averages per retail and per contract. Compares current month to prior month or other time periods with the click of a button.
+ Finance Manager Analysis: Prints summary reports for individual managers and department comparison for any time period with the click of a button.
+ Deal Recap: a per-deal breakdown of each deal as a separate view.
+ Create Reports: Develop reports for any of the information, on the fly, without complicated instruction or programming.
