EasyCare Connects Video E-mail Tool to CarFax
Under the new partnership, users of EasyCare’s video e-mail tool will now be able to provide prospective car buyers with a CarFax Vehicle History report.
NORCROSS, Ga. — EasyCare’s CoVideo e-mail tool will now be able to include a Carfax Vehicle History Report through a new partnership the two companies announced this week. Dealers using EasyCare CoVideo and Carfax can immediately deliver Carfax information to visitors of the store’s website or within personalized video e-mail.
In addition to providing consumers with access to Carfax information, EasyCare CoVideo delivers a personal video email as well as visual details of vehicles for sale as a response to a customer lead. Online shoppers get the information they need to make an educated buying decision without having to navigate through other websites or leave the comfort of their homes, according to the company.
“Most dealers today communicate to their customers and prospects using e-mail,” said Mike Delong, national director of EasyCare CoVideo. “The quicker the response to an Internet lead, the better chance of a sale. But, no email, even with its bold-typed words and colorful graphic, can replace the passionate voice inflections of the face-to-face communications EasyCare CoVideo provides. Consumers open video e-mail more often than text and we have clear evidence that the consumer is responding better to personalized video than to traditional text based e-mails.”
