Family First Names Director of Client Relations and Claims
Family First Dealer Services names Eduardo Villadiego director of client relations and claims. He will lead the company’s client relations team.
PONTE VEDRA BEACH, Fla. — Family First Dealer Services LLC (FFDS) announced the appointment of Eduardo Villadiego as director of client relations and claims. Villadiego officially assumed his position yesterday.
Villadiego will oversee and manage the claims division at FFDS and will play a key role in the implementation of several quality management initiatives with current and future strategic partners. He will also lead the client relations team as FFDS continues to grow. Villadiego will report to Courtney Wanderon, vice president and COO.

Eduardo’s strong experience in the automotive F&I space as well as his passion for the industry will elevate our client relations team to the next level,” said Tony Wanderon, CEO of Family First Dealer Services. “We realize that there are many providers to choose from.
