CHICAGO — F&I Administration Solutions LLC, a provider of software for the administration of automotive F&I products, has signed Alpha Warranty Services, a Utah-based provider of extended service contracts, as the newest customer to its SCS Auto administration solution.

“We did extensive research into the alternatives and it was clear to us that F&I Admin’s SCS Auto solution is far superior to any other system available today,” said Steven Rosenvall, CEO of Alpha Warranty Inc. “Not only will it allow us to support the expected growth in our extended service contract business but it will also allow us to seamlessly expand into other products in the future without having to worry about administration issues.”

The SCS Auto platform has modules tailored to the administration of specific products, including extended service contracts, GAP, prepaid maintenance, appearance protection products and more. The platform provides a fully integrated Web-based administration suite that includes product configuration and design, channel (dealer and agent) management, contract management, claims management and risk management. This complete solution gives F&I product providers the tools to automate and streamline their back offices.

“We are very pleased to have signed Alpha Warranty,” said David Trinder, CEO of F&I Administration Solutions. “We are continuously developing and improving our state-of-the-art-system so that it remains the leading administration solution for both large and small F&I product providers. Signing new customers is proof that we are doing it right.”

In addition to delivering to administration requirements, SCS Auto is also broadly connected to other service providers in the industry including seven menu systems that increase dealer connectivity and sales opportunities, parts databases, accounting systems and a credit card paymentsolution that delivers significant efficiencies in the payment of claims.
