F&I Conference Announces Sonic Automotive's President as Featured Speaker
TORRANCE, Calif. -- Jeffrey C. Rachor, president and chief operating officer of Sonic Automotive, will be a featured speaker at the second annual F&I Conference & Expo, sponsored by F&I Management & Technology.
TORRANCE, Calif. -- Jeffrey C. Rachor, president and chief operating officer of Sonic Automotive, will be a featured speaker at the second annual F&I Conference & Expo, sponsored by F&I Management & Technology.
He will present "The Benefits of ‘Doing it Right’" on Thursday, Nov. 10 at 8:40 a.m. Rachor maintains responsibility for Sonic’s day-to-day operations, manufacturer relations, acquisitions and strategies for the nation’s third largest auto retailer.
The F&I Conference & Expo will be held at the Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas Nov. 9-11, 2005. Last year’s attendance totaled more than 700, including dealers, general managers, F&I managers, exhibitors, lenders and other auto industry members.
Rachor was appointed president and chief operating officer in April 2004, which provided him with an expanded leadership role with the company. He served as executive vice president and chief operating officer from 2002-2004, executive vice president of retail operations from 2000-2002 and vice president of retail operations from 1998-2000. In addition, Rachor has served as a member of Sonic Automotive’s Board of Directors since 1999, and as a director and executive officer to many of Sonic Automotive Inc. subsidiaries.
