Flick Fusion Acquires Video Marketing Company
Flick Fusion has acquired Dealer Fusion, a video marketing provider. The company will integrate features and applications from Dealer Fusion’s video platform and make them available to customers of both services.
URBANDALE, Iowa — Flick Fusion has acquired Dealer Fusion, a video marketing provider. The company will integrate features and applications from Dealer Fusion’s video platform and make them available to customers of both services.
“We are creating a hybrid of our video marketing platforms that will become the industry’s best-in-breed solution,” said Brian Cox, president and CEO of Flick Fusion video marketing. “The acquisition also made sense for us as we continue to expand our network of reseller partnerships.”
Dealer Fusion made inventory video similar to Flick Fusions own products and distributed them out through relationships with lot services companies. Effective immediately, Flick Fusion will assume all billing and account services for Dealer Fusion’s current customers which includes more than 500 auto dealerships in the U.S.
Flick Fusion produces videos for auto dealers to increase traffic to dealership websites and improve SEO ranking. They provide videos for specific make and model year vehicles on each lot giving customers a virtual tour of the car they are interested in. Customers can then come into dealerships with a better understanding of inventory and become potential customers, officials said.
