FordDirect, Reynolds and Reynolds Sign Agreement
DEARBORN, Mich. – FordDirect and Reynolds and Reynolds are set to collaborate on Reynold's Salespoint solution, including campaign management tool, Loyalty Solutions (LSI) and a new CRM solution to be released in early 2007 for use by FordDirect.
DEARBORN, Mich. – FordDirect and Reynolds and Reynolds are set to collaborate on Reynold’s Salespoint solution, including campaign management tool, Loyalty Solutions (LSI) and a new CRM solution to be released in early 2007 for use by FordDirect.
Ford Motor Co. transitioned administration of dealer lead management systems at the end of last year to FordDirect, a dealer-controlled joint web venture between Ford Motor Co. and its franchised dealers. Last year, dealers sold more than 250,000 vehicles through FordDirect referrals.
“Reynolds is known for its CRM leadership and on-going commitment to provide world-class tools to automotive retailers. We are excited about working with FordDirect to deliver these solutions,” said Jill Gehrhardt, CRM solutions director for Reynolds. “For years Ford franchised dealerships have been benefiting from Salespoint and LSI, and we look forward to collaborating with FordDirect to enhance these tools.”
