DEARBORN, Mich. – FordDirect and Reynolds and Reynolds are set to collaborate on Reynold’s Salespoint solution, including campaign management tool, Loyalty Solutions (LSI) and a new CRM solution to be released in early 2007 for use by FordDirect.
Ford Motor Co. transitioned administration of dealer lead management systems at the end of last year to FordDirect, a dealer-controlled joint web venture between Ford Motor Co. and its franchised dealers. Last year, dealers sold more than 250,000 vehicles through FordDirect referrals.
