GM Adds Digital Air Strike as Certified Partner
General Motors certifies Digital Air Strike’s reputation management solution, which will be made available to the carmaker’s Standards for Excellence dealers.
SUNNYVALE, Calif. — General Motors approved Digital Air Strike as a certified reputation management partner, offering its GM Standards for Excellence (SFE) dealers a new solution to monitor consumer reviews and leverage customer feedback.
Digital Air Strike’s reputation management system allows users to monitor all online review sites, including Yelp, Cars.com, Edmunds, Google+ Local, Yahoo! Local and Cars.com. Dealers can also access a testimonial feed widget to showcase positive reviews and positive survey comments on dealership websites, Facebook pages, blogs and social media toolbars
Additionally, with an enhanced Yelp Page, dealers can block competitor ads with the ability to add offers, dynamic photo reel, an “About Us” page and an enhanced Yelp Mobile Site with check-in offer feature. The system also provides a mobile dashboard app that can receive alerts, reviews, survey stats and more.
General Motors dealers also get access to a dedicated social media/reputation management specialist to help them with their online efforts.
