Gumiyo Launches ‘Mobile Ready' Initiative

Gumiyo has announced the launch of the Mobile Ready program for retail automotive advertising agencies, automotive content providers and CRM companies.

WOODLAND HILLS, Calif. — Automotive mobile marketing company and technology provider Gumiyo has announced the launch of the Mobile Ready program for retail automotive advertising agencies, automotive content providers and CRM companies. The program establishes a mobile solutions professional group and certification process that designates members as ready to meet the mobile marketing needs of their dealer clients.

“With the explosive growth of the mobile Web and SMS text messaging, advertising agencies, automotive content providers, and CRM companies are beginning to look at the mobile space as it relates to their offerings,” said Shuki Lehavi, Gumiyo CEO and co-founder. “This initiative is aimed at providing these companies with rapid development and deployment of best-of-breed mobile marketing solutions which we’ve built into the Gumiyo Mobile Marketplace platform.”

"The use of mobile marketing in traditional advertising is increasing at a rate that has not been seen since the launch of the Internet," said Dave Burrell, director of automotive operations at The King Partnership, a full-service automotive marketing, advertising and public relations agency. "Through our partnership with Gumiyo and their Mobile Ready program, we have been able to offer this ground breaking service to our dealers with a great amount of success,"


The Gumiyo Mobile Marketplace platform is a turnkey solution that helps businesses enter the mobile space. It was designed to allow organizations to quickly and easily incorporate the mobile channel into their marketing and CRM offerings, and provide the best and latest technologies the mobile medium has to offer to their customers, according to the company.

“The goal of this initiative is to enable ad agencies, CRM companies and content providers to cost-effectively extend their traditional and online marketing services and solutions to include SMS and the mobile Web,” said Richard Abronson, co-founder and vice president of Gumiyo. “The platform can be seamlessly integrated into a dealer’s operations, connecting auto retailers with car buyers anytime and anywhere.”
