WOODCLIFF LAKE, N.J. — Husqvarna Motorcycles NA announced Tuesday it named Travis Flowers as dealer relations manager. His primary responsibility will be to assist Husqvarna's growing dealer network with all aspects of dealer support functions, including sales, after sales and service.

Flowers addition to the Husqvarna team is in response to the growth in motorcycle sales and a rejuvenated dealer network due to Husqvarna’s resurgence in the United States as a member of the BMW Group.

Mark Brady, president of Husqvarna Motorcycles NA, commented on Travis' recent addition. "Travis has already proven to be a great addition to our team. His passion for off-road motorcycling coupled with his education and experience are important assets that will help us enormously in our efforts to improve our communication with dealers,” Brady said.

“More importantly since Travis will be traveling a great deal in this role, he will be than just a voice on a phone, he will also be the face of our company to many dealers across the country. His personality, listening skills and commitment to follow-up on every transaction are qualities I had in mind when we created this position. Our future is connected directly to the development of our current dealer network. Travis has a vital role to fill to help us achieve this objective," he added.

Prior to joining Husqvarna, Flowers worked for a power tools manufacturer in a similar capacity. "Dealers are the lifeblood of ours or any company. I'm really looking forward to the opportunity to work with such a great group of business professionals," commented Flowers. "My focus will be on accountability and accessibility. As a primary point of contact and information on Husqvarna's products, programs and systems, I want the dealers to know that I'm here to assist them in any way possible to help them reach their goals. Husqvarna is on a roll. It's an exciting time to be a part of the company."

Flowers will be based out of Charlotte, N.C. and will be traveling extensively throughout the U.S. He can be reached at (704) 616-8859 or by email, Travis.Flowers@husqvarna-motorcyclesna.com.
