The Impact Group has released its latest version of Process300.com, an F&I menu selling application. The system is Web based and fully integrated with DMS providers Reynolds and Reynolds and ADP.
"The old-style paper F&I menu is a very thin, non-interactive, verbally-driven sales pitch that has inherent limitations," said Mark Thorpe, president.
Impact's program replaces the paper menu with interactive technology used to convince the buyer of the value of the dealership's offerings. Calculations are instantaneous and allow the F&I manager flexibility in structuring multiple custom payment options for comparison.
The increasingly important profit center continued making gains in the first quarter, according to StoneEagle data, ancillary products proving more popular as consumers hold onto their buys longer.
