Las Vegas MPi, a provider of profitability tools for auto dealer service departments, has appointed Tim Ingram, formerly MPi’s vice president client launch, to the newly created position of senior vice president of operations. In this role, Ingram will be responsible for overseeing the installation and successful implementation of MPi’s customized electronic dealership generating solution EDGE (formerly known as ARGIS), and the World Class Inspection Program at client sites. Ingram is charged with ensuring the success of each installation throughout the entire lifecycle, from implementation to training and client support. He will be based out of MPi’s Las Vegas offices and report directly to David Boyle, MPi’s president and COO.

“Tim is an invaluable addition to our team and has done an outstanding job in the year that he has been with us,” commented Boyle. “MPi has experienced tremendous growth over the past five years and the number of auto dealers that use EDGE to increase the additional parts and labor dollars sold per vehicle inspection, has grown to over 500. In order to continue our aggressive growth strategy with both dealers and OEMs, the company created the new position of senior vice president of operations. I am very excited to have Tim take this new position,” Boyle added.
