JM Family Announces Senior-Level Promotion — Upendra Mody

DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla. — Upendra Mody was named vice president of Total Rewards for JM Family Enterprises Inc., Carmen Johnson, the company’s executive vice president of automotive, announced today.

In his new position, Mody will be responsible for the human resources functions, including compensation, healthcare and retirement benefits, workers compensation and HR data management. Mody joined JM Family in 2004 and has held multiple roles in information technology services, including leading the technology strategy, architecture and business intelligence departments.

Since 2011, he has served as assistant vice president of the company’s enterprise project management office, where he helped redefine project and portfolio processes as well as participated in HR strategy development.
