JM Family Enterprises Hires a New VP
DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla. -- Jay Allison has joined JM Family Enterprises Inc. (JMFE) as the new vice president, government relations.
DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla. -- Jay Allison has joined JM Family Enterprises Inc. (JMFE) as the new vice president, government relations.
As vice president, government relations, Allison will manage JMFE's position on legislation and regulatory agencies. He will represent the company before government and elected officials. He'll also advise management about the company's positions on political issues and coordinate its communications with government officials.
Allison has 17 years of public affairs and government experience. He previously served as director of events, planning and protocol for the U.S. State Department, G8 Summit Planning Organization at Sea Island, Ga., event director for the Texas Gubernatorial Inaugural Committee, White House liaison for the U.S. Department of State and assistant press secretary for the White House.
