JM Family Enterprises, Inc. Promotes Two Executives
JM Family Enterprises, Inc. (JMFE) has announced the promotions of two executives at its Deerfield Beach, Fla., headquarters. Bruce Koeser has been promoted to vice president, Human Resources Operations and Caren Snead Williams has been promoted to assistant vice president and chief division counsel.
In his new position Koeser is responsible for guiding JMFE’s Human Resources operations and overseeing the operations of JM Family’s on-site childcare center.
He earned his bachelor's degree in business administration/management from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Fla. He is also a member of the Human Resources Association of Broward County and the Society for Human Resources Management.
Originally from New York, N.Y., Koeser and his wife Linda have three daughters and a son and reside in Delray Beach, Fla.
In her new position Williams is responsible for providing legal representation to numerous JM Family corporate departments and divisions, co-managing JMFE’s Environmental Services department, and overseeing the company’s corporate governance function. Additionally, she provides the primary legal guidance to JM Family subsidiary DataScan Technologies LLC.
Williams is a graduate of Brown University in Providence, R.I., and the University of Florida College of Law in Gainesville, Fla. She is a member of the Florida, District of Columbia, American and National Bar Associations.
She also serves on the board of directors for the Association of Corporate Counsel America, South Florida Chapter and the Board of Directors for Women In Distress of Broward County, Inc. She and her husband Albert reside in Parkland, Fla.
