JM Family Promotes Williams to VP and Chief Division Counsel
DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla. -- Caren Snead Williams has been promoted to vice president and chief division counsel of JM Family Enterprises Inc. (JMFE) and vice president and general counsel of subsidiary JM Service Center LLC (JMSC), the company's internal shared service center.
DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla. -- Caren Snead Williams has been promoted to vice president and chief division counsel of JM Family Enterprises Inc. (JMFE) and vice president and general counsel of subsidiary JM Service Center LLC (JMSC), the company’s internal shared service center.
Williams’ primary responsibility will be to provide legal representation to numerous JMFE and JMSC departments, including JM Family’s Environmental Services department and the company’s corporate governance functions. Prior to her new position, Williams served as assistant vice president and chief division counsel for JM Family and assistant vice president and general counsel for JMSC.
Before joining the company in 1996, Williams worked for a prominent national law firm in Miami. She is a member of the Florida, District of Columbia, American and National Bar Associations.
