JM&A Group Introduces Warranty and Service Contract Products to Banks, Finance Companies
JM&A Group, one of the largest providers of finance and insurance products in the automotive industry, is introducing its full line of warranty and service contract products to banks and finance companies. The move is designed to increase banks' revenues and encourage a higher rate of lease-to-retail conversions among their lessee customers, according to company officials.
Based on its success in the automotive industry, JM&A is expanding its products and services beyond the traditional automotive dealership to lenders specializing in consumer lease portfolios.
JM&A's product highlights include rental car, towing, and travel coverage; extended mileage protection; and fully transferable benefits in the event the vehicle is sold. Vehicle inspection is not required. The products are backed by more than 5,000 service centers nationwide.
"JM&A has established a reputation as the premier provider of finance and insurance products in the automotive industry offering unmatched claims administration and customer service to our clients," said Lou Feagles, president of Financial Services, JM&A Group. "Our products offer world class customer service, competitive pricing, and flexible terms and coverage."
JM&A's warranty and service contract products are serviced by professionals located in the company's customer service centers in Deerfield Beach, Fla., and St. Louis, Mo. Its customer service call response averages are among the highest in the industry, according to Feagles.
"Our research indicates that the primary reason lessees are reluctant to purchase their vehicle is concern with the lack of continued warranty and service coverage," said Ken Wambold, JM&A's manager of new business development. "JM&A's service contracts overcome this concern and serve as a platform to sell additional products. Results are a higher rate of lease-to-retail conversion and an additional source of revenue."
