Kansas City Auto Holdings Inc. (KCAHI) has announce the appointment of Joseph L. Messner as executive vice president.
In his new position, Messner will lead the group's expansion and oversee KCAHI operations, which currently include Aristocrat Motors,
Independence Lincoln Mercury Mazda, Independence Honda and Heritage Motors.
Messner joins KCAHI with an impressive background, having been with Mercedes-Benz since 1985. At Mercedes, Messner served as Midwest regional general manager, where he oversaw strategic retail development, operations
and distribution for 76 Mercedes dealers across 16 states.
Messner also spent five years at Ford Motor Co., working with dealers in marketing and
operations.
Messner received a BBA and MBA from Xavier University in Ohio. He and his family reside in Kansas City, Mo.
