Klem Named Peak5 Senior VP of Operations
Peak5, a provider of loan servicing solutions to the auto industry, has appointed Todd Klem as the new senior vice president of operations.
CENTENNIAL, Colo. – Loan servicing solutions provider Peak5 has appointed Todd Klem as the new senior vice president of operations.
He will be responsible for overseeing the day to day functions of the loan servicing group within Peak5 and positioning the unit to effectively service the long term needs of clients.

Before joining Peak5, Klem oversaw the collection operation in Denver for CitiFinancial Auto. He has more than 20 years of experience managing call center and collection processes. He brings knowledge and experience in organizational structure and design, identification of best practices, and production management to the Peak5 organization.
